Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your size and colour, add to cart and check out. You'll get an order confirmation by email straight away.
What payment methods do you accept?
All orders are prepaid at checkout using the payment options shown there. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST, and every order comes with a GST invoice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Email care@floactive.in with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return it.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in India. We don't ship internationally yet.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–4 business days to metro cities, 4–7 to the rest of India and 6–10 to remote and North-East pincodes.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over ₹2,499. Below that it's ₹99. Remote and North-East pincodes are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We email and text you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return most pieces within 15 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags and hygiene liners attached. Socks, headbands, scrunchies and final-sale items can't be returned.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email care@floactive.in with your order number and the item. We arrange a free reverse pickup where available, or share a self-ship address.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes, free on full-price items, subject to stock. If your new size is running low, return the original for a refund and order the new size straight away.
When will I get my refund?
We inspect returns within 2–3 business days of receiving them, and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email care@floactive.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my size?
Use the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit and down for more compression.
Are the leggings squat-proof?
Yes. Our performance core is 95% nylon and 5% elastane, made to be opaque and supportive through deep squats.
Fabrics & care
What are FLO pieces made of?
A nylon-spandex performance core, a cotton-spandex soft core and structured polyamide. See Fabrics & Care for the details.
How should I wash my activewear?
Turn it inside out, machine wash cold with similar colours, skip fabric softener and line dry in the shade.
