1. Acceptance of These Terms

This website is operated by My Store. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to My Store. By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. These Terms are governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately at care@floactive.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Displaying a product on this site is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to purchase, and a contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, or a payment fails our fraud and verification checks. If we cancel a paid order, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before you pay. Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time without notice, and do not apply to orders placed before the change. Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner; we do not store your full card, UPI or net banking credentials. Payment must clear in full before an order is dispatched.

5. Products, Sizing & Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and display our garments accurately, but colours can vary between screens and fabric batches, and measurements in our size guide are approximate. Product images are illustrative. Under the Legal Metrology Act, mandatory declarations (MRP, net quantity, manufacturer/importer details, country of origin) are provided on the product packaging or listing where applicable.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The My Store name, logo, designs, product photography, and all website content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

8. Reviews & User Content

If you submit a product review, photo or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our products and marketing. You confirm that anything you submit is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe any third party's rights. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the site's operation, or to submit fraudulent orders or payment information.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products are intended for normal athletic and everyday wear and are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold My Store harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these Terms.

12. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints and grievances relating to this website or your order can be sent to our Grievance Officer at growth@floactive.in. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing here restricts your right to approach a consumer forum or authority under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it takes effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
