Payment information — handled directly by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card, UPI or net banking credentials; payment data is processed under PCI-DSS standards.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed, as a data fiduciary, with:

Payment gateways, to authorise and settle your payment
Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order
Email, SMS, WhatsApp and analytics providers who operate our store systems on our behalf
Authorities, courts or regulators, where disclosure is required by applicable Indian law

Where any of these service providers are located outside India, your information may be processed on servers outside the country; we require such providers to apply safeguards consistent with this policy.

Your Rights

As a data principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct, update or erase the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent for marketing, nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, or lodge a grievance about how we handle your data. Write to us at growth@floactive.in and we will respond within the timelines required by law. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer service open orders, returns or warranty claims.

Data Retention & Security

Order records are retained for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting, consumer protection and other legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your information — though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

Our store is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, queries, complaints or grievances relating to your personal information can be directed to our Grievance Officer at growth@floactive.in.
