How to measure, and how FLO pieces are meant to fit. Sizes XS to XL across the Contrast collection.
How to measure
Four measurements, in centimetres
- BustAround the fullest part of your chest, tape level under the arms.
- UnderbustSnug around the ribcage, right under the bust. This sets the band size of a sports bra.
- WaistAround the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
- HipsAround the fullest part of your hips and seat, feet together.
How it fits
Between sizes?
Size up for a relaxed fit and down for more compression. Our leggings are high rise and cut to sit at the natural waist; the Contrast Sports Bra is medium support with a double strap.
